Stage 1 and 2 - Consultation & Concept Design
From an initial free consultation, our service takes you through all the processes required to reach your goals. Our first meeting – ideally on site – gives all parties a chance to understand objectives and create an agreed project framework.
Stage 3 - Detailed Design & Planning
Not only will we help you plan ahead, we’ll advise and assist with your Planning Application, or help you secure confirmation you are exercising your Permitted Development Rights.
Stage 4 - Technical Design & Building Regs
All building work in the UK must comply with Building Regulations. We’ll make sure work is fully compliant and ready for local authority inspection.

Cherry Tree - Ground Floor Extension
In a house benefitting from large gardens front and rear, a front extension providing additional kitchen, dining and living space, including opening up the main hallway.
Elgar Close - Garage Conversion
Conversion of an existing double garage & workshop to create a bedroom while keeping a smaller workshop. A new separate entrance with stable door for the workshop, all in keeping with the style of the property and neighbouring homes.
Violet Avenue - Ground Floor Extension
A house extension replacing an existing conservatory with a more substantial extension to accommodate a large kitchen/dining room. The design increased natural light, improved insulation and included a new separate ground floor toilet.
